Seconds raced by,
Minutes too were in tow,
Not to be undone,
Hours too buckled speed.
Mind searched in vain,
Amongst a maze of words,
Intrigued by the passing hours,
Asked the hour to take,
A chill pill and wait.
A stimulating poetry is on the anvil,
To breathe the fresh air,
On this very earth.
Welcome it with open hands,
And freeze the minutes and seconds too,
As time waits for no man,
But this poetry is an exception.
